Casilda Ferrante writes speculative fiction, usually in the vein of dark fantasy and weird horror. Her short stories can be found in Vastarien: A Literary Journal, Nightscript, Dark Matter Magazine, and a few other venues.
She hails from Italy, has lived in the U.K. and Japan, and currently resides on the south coast of Australia. She has spent too many years at institutions of the academic kind and has a BA in Fine Arts (University of South Australia) and a BA in Creative Writing (Deakin University). She is a graduate of Faber Writing Academy.
